Within Changi General Hospital(Including Integrated Buildings & St.Andrew's Community Hospital) is Free of charge.

*Please note that there is a minimum spending of $30.00 for free delivery.

To other parts of Singapore(Excluding Sentosa and restricted areas): $15.00

Free Standard Delivery only applicable to order with minimum spending of $120 and above.

For delivery to Changi General Hospital

Before 6pm: Same day delivery

After 6pm: Deliver before next day noon

For delivery to Domestic address:

Before 2pm: Same day delivery

After 2pm: Next working day

You may modify your order through whatsapp contact.

Please take note:

Shopify website payment: We are unable to refund the price difference. Kindly choose an item that has similar value if you would like to change your order.

PAYNOW/PAYLAH!: We are able to refund price difference.

We accpet almost all major card payment methods and also, PAYNOW/PAYLAH!

If you would like to pay using PAYNOW/PAYLAH, kindly whatsapp and make your order.

No online order submission is needed.

Bouquet and hamper containing fruits and flowers, as well as helium balloons cannot be returned upon acknowledgement of delivery.

For non-perishable items such as toys, our return policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since you received it, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you would like to cancel the entire order, kindly contact us through +65 6786 6198 or Whatsapp +65 9190 7637 within 2 hours from purchase.

Cancellation of order will not be allowed after 2 hours as we usually prepare for same day delivery.
